Shipping Overview
At Nosu, we ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method (Economy or Express). Below is a full overview of estimated delivery times for both Economy and Express shipping options for a standard 0.5 kg letterbox parcel.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days are shipped same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or during the weekend are shipped the next working day.
Note: the delivery times listed below represent shipping durations only. Orders are first processed by our team within 1 to 2 business days, depending on when the order is placed in relation to our 17:00 CET cut-off. After processing, parcels are shipped via our trusted fulfilment partner using the methods and timelines indicated below.

For international orders outside the EU, customs departments may request extra information. In this case, please reach out to: support@nosuhealth.com. Nosu will happily provide any extra information necessary.
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order after it has been processed and picked by our fulfilment partner on our tracking portal. Having trouble? Contact us at: support@nosuhealth.com with your order number in the subject line.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or appears lost or damaged, please contact us at: support@nosuhealth.com, we’ll help resolve it quickly.
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
For orders to the United States, this can also include “tariffs”.
We advise international customers ordering outside of the EU to keep a close eye on the levied duties, and if out of proportion to the value of the order placed, to quickly get in touch with the shipper of their order to request a re-evaluation or correction.
